5-Bedroom Family Retreat with Private Pool, 20-30 Minutes from Disney Parks
Standout Feature
A private outdoor swimming pool with a shallow end and swimming pool toys operates year-round, offering direct access to water play without leaving the property. The pool area includes sun loungers, beach chairs, and pool/beach towels, while the covered garden and outdoor furniture provide shaded relaxation. This 5-bedroom holiday home in Davenport places the pool as the centerpiece of the stay, with Disney parks 20-30 minutes away by car.
Accommodation
The Five-Bedroom House includes five bedrooms and three bathrooms, plus an additional relax room that brings the total to six sleeping areas, as noted by guests. The living room and family rooms provide multiple gathering spaces, with a well-equipped kitchen and laundry facilities (washing machine and tumble dryer) available for longer stays. Guests rated the room comfort and the attentive host highly in their reviews, with one guest noting the extra room as particularly useful for larger groups.
Leisure
The outdoor swimming pool is open all year and comes with a shallow end, swimming pool toys, and sun loungers or beach chairs. A garden with outdoor furniture surrounds the property, while a golf course is located nearby for guests who want to play a round. The quiet neighborhood offers a peaceful setting, with shops 8 minutes away and Disney parks reachable in 20-30 minutes.
Services
Board games and puzzles are provided for indoor entertainment, and grocery deliveries can be arranged to Stock the kitchen without leaving the house. Private check-in and check-out services allow for a flexible arrival and departure, with a security alarm and smoke alarms for safety. The host received praise for handling early arrivals and extended stays, as documented in guest reviews.
Location
The property sits 22 km from ESPN Wide World of Sports and 23 km from Disney's Boardwalk, placing it within easy reach of major attractions. Orlando International Airport is 49 km away, with free on-site private parking eliminating the need for valet or off-site lots.
